A serving on homemade pâté (chilled) accompanied with spicy fruit chutney and slices of toasted baguette.
Mixed seafood, deep fried in bread-crumbs, served resting on lettuce, accompanied by a tangy cocktail sauce.
A favourite from Greece…. Feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, onions and black olives on a bed of crisp Romaine lettuce.
Slivers of seared tuna (rare) or grilled tenders of chicken, served on a delightful salad combining tomatoes, pine nuts, cucumber, onions, goat cheese and Iceberg Lettuce. Accompanied by our home-made Asian vinaigrette.
Crisp Romaine lettuce leaves, tossed in our Chef’s home-made Caesar dressing, topped with croutons and shaved parmesan cheese.
Crêpe St. Lawrence
Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, onions and sage, wrapped in a light parsley crêpe. Served in a colourful cream and herb sauce.
Four pillows of pastry stuffed with a choice of island fish or vegetables, resting on angel hair pasta, served in a light Thai curry sauce.
A house special, this excellent tomato based, thick, chunky and tangy soup is created by our chef from local fish and vegetables and is sure to please.
